Data sources and law
- Jobs come from employers' own applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Personio and others) and from licensed data sources; every job carries its origin.
- Sources without a licence are not shown; karriere.at data is used exclusively for our own operator account and is never shown to other tenants.
- LinkedIn only via the export file you upload yourself. No scraping.
- Profile, documents and photos are stored with Supabase in Frankfurt (EU). The AI steps (extraction, reading the must-have requirements and eligibility of a job, text generation, Ask Genie, interview coach, photo studio) run through the Gemini API of Google LLC in the US, based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; paid API tier, no training on your data. The match score itself is calculated by fixed rules, not by AI. Account deletion is a complete cascade.
